SHIPPING PROTECTION POLICY
It is your responsibility to protect yourself from accepting merchandise damaged in shipment. Before signing the delivery receipt, you have both the right and responsibility to do the following:
• Visually inspect all cartons for holes, tears, and other indications of rough handling or damage.
• Fully remove merchandise from cartons and visually inspect it for any damage, NO MATTER HOW MINOR. Pay particular attention to any areas that correspond to damage appearing on the carton or other packaging.
• If there is any damage, you are not obligated to take delivery. You have the right to refuse delivery. If you do so please call 800-276-5467 or email email@example.com to notify us of your refusal of delivery so that we can take appropriate action and arrange for a new shipment for your order.
• If you accept delivery, you may be responsible for all damages, whether or not the damage was noticed at the time of delivery. Your signature on the delivery receipt indicates you are accepting the merchandise in "GOOD ORDER" unless otherwise noted.
Most items ship within 3-4 Days After Receipt of Order (ARO). Certain products may have a longer lead time which is usually identified within the product description.
