When applicable, a Return Authorization will be issued. Restocking fees may apply. Once the return is received in satisfactory and reasonable condition, credit will be issued. If the product has been ordered incorrectly, misapplied or damaged, a partial refund may be credited. CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS
Note: Customized products or products manufactured upon receipt of order (such as Saf-T-Blocks, Chutes, Autocells, etc), are not returnable. These products are identified in the Product Descriptions. Call us to review your order if you have any questions regarding suitability of our products to your application.

We will gladly accept payment directly via Cashier's Check, Money Order or your company or personal check (with a time delay in shipping to allow your check to clear the bank). DELIVERY
Dates of delivery are determined from the date of seller’s acceptance of any order or orders by buyer and are estimates of approximate dates of delivery, not a guarantee of a particular day of delivery. Seller shall not be liable for failure of delay in shipping goods hereunder if such failure or delay is due to an act of God, war, labor difficulties, accident, inability to obtain raw material, or any other causes of any kind whatever beyond the control of seller. Promised delivery date, if any, is subject to change in the event of our inability to perform because of events beyond our reasonable control.
NEXT DAY OPTIONS
Orders requesting Next Day Delivery must be received by 11:00 a.m. EST. If Next Day Delivery is not available, buyer will be notified. Some products are not available for Next Day Delivery.
