The Featherweight series adjustable safety block is designed to provide maximum protection for most press brakes and smaller presses where working space is at a premium during set up and maintenance. 

These Featherweight blocks provide convenient use and handling for your employees. The wide span of adjusting screw and nut assemblies with base have precision-cut Acme threads for extra strength and ease of use with a maximum static load of 10 tons. The 6061-T6511 high-strength aluminum body is machined to give you ultimate stiffness with maximum adjustability at a minimum weight. In fact, these blocks only weigh TWO pounds for the 12 inch model. The adjusting screw is easily moved by hand.
