MeterLube Series

Environmentally safe lubricants for most metal removal and metal forming applications. All of these lubricants are made from various vegetable based products and are 100% biodegradable. Lamson Meterlube products are high in lubricity and allows tools to function with a negligible amount of friction, creating less heat and prolonging tool life.

We offer more than one MeterLube product for machining applications. There are five basic MeterLube lubricants, each lubricant is formulated and enhanced with unique properties that make it a preferred lubricant for a specific application.

All of these products have no known harmful effects on personnel. All of these products, when chosen for the specific application and applied in the recommended manner, will leave the work piece with a good finish. All of these products are economical to use because they are used in minute quantities to accomplish the job.
Since they are used in minute quantities, they are most often dissipated during the forming operation and makes parts cleaning unnecessary. For the jobs, where cleaning is specified, the lubricants can easily be removed in a mild alkaline wash.

These lubricants are very high in lubricity and allow the tools to perform with a negligible amount of friction, thus accomplishing the difficult jobs with minimal tool wear. This feature may be described as having the tool glide over microscopic liquid ball bearings producing a minimum amount of friction. Less friction means less torque and less heat. Reduce these two factors and you get a cooler running tool, longer tool life, and a better finish on the work piece.

**Due to  hazardous material handling, Lamson Oils can only be shipped with Ground Service. All FormAll & LamSyn oils (all water soluble & synthetic products) must sit overnight and be tested the following morning.Typical lead time for shipping is 2-4 days after receipt of order.
