Cleaner 9005 – Drum

Description

Cleaner 9005 is a heavy duty liquid cleaner for use in spray washers. It has a foam suppressant that works inversely to the temperature of the water. At the lower temperatures, (ambient to 140°), it will foam but at the higher temperatures, (140° or more), the foam will disappear even during violent agitation. It can be used for
many applications at different concentrations, depending upon the severity of the job. Although heavy duty it does not contain caustic soda.
 
This products primary use is for heavy duty cleaning of ferrous parts in a spray washer. It can also be used for brass, copper or aluminum, if rinsed. Can be used at room temperature or heated from 140° to 165° F. Can be used to remove mill oils, machining oils, coolants and other types of contaminants.
 
Readily goes into solution in either hot or cold water.

• For Light Cleaning 30:1 to 50:1
• For Medium Cleaning 15:1 to 30:1
• For Heavy Duty Cleaning 10:1 to 15:1

*Due to  hazardous material handling, Lamson Oils can only be shipped with Ground Service. All FormAll & LamSyn oils (all water soluble & synthetic products) must sit overnight and be tested the following morning. Typical lead time for shipping is 2-4 days after receipt of order.
