​​Specialized for versatile applications - The  Trumpf TruTool C 200 Li-ion 18 V rechargeable battery features an open cutting head. This allows you to pull the machine out of the sheet easily. A chip clipper is not necessary. The steel cutting head is powerful and robust. You can achieve an extraordinary amount of power when cutting spiral ducts. The tool set used for spiral ducts, which consists of toothed cutting blades and a robust SC cutter, is capable of fold thicknesses of up to 3.6 mm with mild steel and enables both longitudinal sections and cross-sections. We offer you a further 5 sets to broaden the range of application options. This enables you to place the focus on cutting quality, speed, performance on curves, or the material.

​​The perfect solution for every application - We offer you six different sets, consisting of cutting blades and cutters: The Set Spiro is perfect for cutting spiral ducts and can even cut sheet thicknesses of up to 3.6 mm for a short period in this area. The Set High Speed enables you to process sheet thicknesses of 1.5 – 2 mm. The focus here is on speed, with a slightly reduced cutting quality. If you are cutting visible edges, we recommend the Set High Quality for 1.5 – 2 mm or the Set Thin Sheet for up to 1.5 mm. Use the Set CR if the focus is on processing stainless steel, and the Set Curves for tight curves and radii from R 45 / L 80.

Battery Technology - Individual electronic cell monitoring in the machine and in the charger protects the battery against overload, overheating, and deep discharge. The robust battery cells have a low energy drop and always remain cool. A microprocessor analyzes the battery data and controls an optimal charge and discharge process. The result is high power combined with a long service life for the battery. You can therefore work almost non-stop. The 2 Ah and 4 Ah rechargeable batteries only require 10 – 30 minutes to be charged to 80%.
